KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS

Knights of Columbus

Norwalk Council 7556
Knights of Columbus is the world’s largest Catholic fraternal service organization. The Knights are an organization of Catholic men, whose foundation is based on the principles of Unity, as a Catholic Society, Charity, to those in need, and Fraternity, toward fellow Knights. The principle of Patriotism was later added to reflect the love of one’s country. It provides members and their families with volunteer opportunities in service to the Catholic Church and their communities.

The Knights of Columbus has grown from several members in one council to more than 14,000 councils and 1.8 million members throughout the United States, Canada, and twelve other countries and territories.

Membership in the Knights of Columbus is open to practicing Catholic men who live up to the Commandments of God and Precepts of the Church.

St. John’s Council #7556 meets every first Monday of the month at 7:00pm in the fellowship hall.
