Faith Formation Programs
Parish Family Nights / PreK - 5th Grade Family Catechesis
PFN will meet 1-2 times a month throughout the school year.
This is our program for the whole parish, where we have a meal and a teaching.
We will have a lesson for adults and have something for children in different parts of the church.
All households are invited to this, including single people, married with or without kids, empty nesters, seniors – everyone!
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS)
CGS is offered as a supplement to our Family Parish Night Faith Formation to those who are interested.
CGS is a Montessori-based method of spiritual and religious formation for our children ages 12 months through 5th grade.
For more information or to register, see below.
Limited spaces available for the 2025/2026 faith formation year.
EDGE
Edge is our middle school program for kids grades 6-8. They will meet 1-2 times per month.
They are led by a great group of catechists and could always use more help.
Please contact Monica Pugh, Director of Faith Formation, if you’d like to join the team!
High School Youth Group
This group is for all high school-age students, but is mandatory for 9th graders, as year one of the Confirmation program. HSYG will be meeting twice a month on Sunday evenings.
First Reconciliation/First Communion
1R/C is our class for 2nd grade students who will be receiving the Sacraments at the end of the school year.
These classes are in addition to participating in the Parish Family Nights.
There are 12 total sessions, and each is offered twice during the week so that your schedule will be accommodated.
Confirmation
CY2, (Confirmation, Year 2,) is for all 10th grade or higher, who have completed year one by attending HSYG.
A team including Fr. Dan teaches this class.
They meet once per month throughout the school year and have a retreat.
